Manatee Festival this
weekend - Jan. 21st and 22nd!!!
Look for us down by the water off Citrus
Avenue in the beer & wine garden. Ol'
Corky the winery panel wagon will be
there too. We'll have Great White, Howl
at the Moon, and Citrus Manatee - plus
warm mulled wine. And bottled water.

NEW WINE ALERT!
A La Mode - a
delicious apple pie flavored port. Sweet
& strong, this wine tastes just like
apple pie a la mode. Very yummy! (it has
less of a brandy taste than Holiday
Cheer). We just did a small bottling so
it could be available today for last
minute holiday gifts - bigger bottling
after New Years.

Visions of Sugar Plums -
$12.99 - A limited holiday sweet
red, this delicious plum wine has lots
of holiday spices. The label is adorable
too.
Heritage 60 -
$24.99
Italian Cab and Merlot, a full bodied
complex red with notes of cherry & plum.
Fermented on Hungarian oak, this wine
has rich tannins with a lingering
finish. This wine was produced to honor
Mary & Lester Copp, our bottlers, who
celebrated their 60th wedding
anniversary.

IS NOW AVAILABLE
For those who haven't had the infamous
Holiday Hooch yet, it's a sweet
apple-cranberry Chardonnay that I only
produce this time of year and it goes
great with holidays meals of turkey &
ham ($12.99 a bottle). This seasonal wine will have a
Holiday label on it and after December
25th we will have some with a New Years
label.
If you pre-ordered a
case of Hooch please wait for us to call
when yours is available.
We will be bottling more of it every
week until it's gone and will send out
an email when we do our last bottling.

KINDA SORTA NEW WINE ALERT!
So it's not technically
a new wine alert but it's real close :)
Ranch Red - $24.99 - our limited
edition Italian Nero D'Avolo - I added a
lot of Hungarian Oak to this last batch
while it was aging for almost a year.
WOW!! Tastes like a completely different
wine.
So, red wine drinkers - be sure to
sample it again next time you're in the
winery :)

NEW WINE ALERT!
Superberry
$13.99 - A sweet dark red wine with
a Superfruit Acai berry blend. Rich and
delicious! Since its has Acai in it, you
can feel good about drinking it ;)
I'll be sending out another email when
the Holiday Hooch is on the
shelves - I anticipate it being right
around Thanksgiving.
Also, its almost time for The Stone
Crab Jam on Saturday November 5th.
Tickets are available and pre-purchase
will speed you through the line this
year (I have tickets for sale at the
winery). The downtown area of Crystal
River has been recently renovated and
the venue will really be benefited by
the changes. This should be a great
event again. 3 bands always playing, 4
refreshment tents, chowder cook-off and
loads of vendors. For $5 admission or
$50 for VIP, you can't beat it. The VIP
this year will feature a raw bar in
addition to other special treats. Look
for the Copp Winery booth & Ol' Corky,
we'll be right outside the VIP tent.

NEW WINE ALERTS!
We just bottled 2 new
wines and both will be perfect with
Easter dinner.
Mountain Red $16.99 is a
delicious Chilean Malbec. This medium
bodied wine is fruit forward with spice
& oak yet smooth. Starberry $10.99 is a sweet
strawberry riesling, nicely light and
refreshing.

NEW WINE ALERT!
Winter Wonderland - $17.99 for a
375ml bottle - we just bottled the
white chocolate white port and it's
delicious! A sweet, strong wine with
flavors of white chocolate, caramel, and
faint hints of citrus. Great for the
holidays!
LIMITED PRODUCTION! We only bottled 150
half bottles (375ml) of the white
chocolate white port. This will be it
until next year's holiday season. So if you haven't
reserved yours yet, stop in and pick
some up before it's gone.
* We finally got the
mulling spices in again! Uses 1 bottle
of wine, some water, and brown sugar.
Heat on the stove or in a crock pot.
Yummy! Great for these cold nights we
seem to be having.
