- we'll rope off where you can't be. The
goal is to move our production into that
space & increase the shop size a little.

NEW WINE ALERT!!
Manatee Mango $12.99 – This
“superfruit” wine is bursting with the
succulent flavors of mango in a
refreshing white wine. The mangos are
classified as a “superfruit” known for
their polyphenols, carotenoids, and
antioxidants. Plus they're delicious!
Enjoy a bottle with your barbecue, on
the boat, by the pool, or just anytime!

Greetings from Copp
Winery!
I hope everyone is enjoying the
wonderful spring weather we've been
having lately. Nothing compliments this
beautiful weather better than
some great wine!
We have released 2 new wines recently:
(1) Passion Porpoise $10.99 - a sweet
passion-fruit flavored blush
wine. Very tropical tasting!
(2) Amaro $19.99 - Italian Amarone -
from the Veneto region of Italy,
this wine is made with dried grapes that
yield a nice fruitiness in a
dry wine. Packed with flavors of
raspberry and blackberry, this full
bodied wine is slightly tannic with a
pleasantly bitter finish. The
pleasantly bitter finish makes it
refreshing this time of year.
There are a couple wines that we will be
discontinuing (this way we
can add some new ones) and they are:
(1) Melony Manatee - $9.99 - the sweet
watermelon & kiwi flavored
wine. We have about 2 cases on the shelf
and when they're
gone...they're gone. (We will be
releasing a few new sweet wines so we
need the room)
(2) La Fontaine - $12.99 - we'll be
bottling the last 5 cases of this
wine in a week or two and that will be
it.
(3) Live Oak - $14.99 - we currently
have 1 case on the shelf and
we're bottling the last 7 cases of this
Chardonnay Blend in about 2
weeks.
** If you would like some of these
discontinued wines we can always
take your credit card info over the
phone and then set the wine aside
for you - this way you won't be
disappointed if we run out.

Holiday Hooch
is here! Our signature sweet
apple-cranberry Chardonnay will have a
Thanksgiving label on it through
November 25 and then a Holiday label on
it after that. You may pre-order it with
either label or a mix of both. You
may also order it with a
personalized custom label or other
holiday label. ENJOY!

It's that time of year!
We're getting close to Holiday Hooch
time! We anticipate it being
released on November 4th and will let
you know once it's available. If you
would like, you may pre-order quantities
of 1 case or more to insure that you
have it for all your holiday gatherings.
Like last year, we will have a
Thanksgiving label on it through
November 25 and then a Holiday label on
it after that. You may pre-order it with
either label or a mix of both.
~For those of you who haven't had it
before, Holiday Hooch is a sweet
apple-cranberry Chardonnay that we only
make during the holiday season. It goes
great with turkey & ham.
These are the events we will be at in
the near future:
*Taste of Citrus - Sunday October
25th from 6pm-8:30pm
Taste of Citrus is an annual event that
has become a family tradition for many
as they sample the fine cuisine of the
area's most popular restaurants. This
outdoor activity, held at CFCC Citrus
campus, is a great way to treat your
family and friends to an evening of
gourmet food and supporting a good cause
(the CFCC Foundation scholarship fund).
There are about 25 restaurants
participating and Bernie Little
Distributing will be giving away beer
samples with Copp Winery giving away
wine samples. Tickets are $25 in advance
or $30 at the door & are available at
Copp Winery. Please bring cash or check
for ticket purchases. Get yours soon!
*Stone Crab Jam - Saturday November
7th from 4pm-11:00pm
The Copp Winery Wine Tent and our 1949
Wine Wagon Ol' Corky will be there!
The Kings Bay Rotary club in partnership
with the City of Crystal River will host
our annual Stone Crab Jam on Citrus
Avenue in old down town Crystal River.
Multiple city streets will be converted
into a venue filled with numerous live
bands, beer/wine, exhibitors, Stone Crab
Claws galore and lots of food vendors to
host the social event of the year. Come
and enjoy music & dancing under the
stars. Tickets will be $5 and VIP
tickets $50.
*Relay for Life Wine & Cheese Social
at Copp Winery - Tuesday November 10th
from 5:30-8:30pm.
We will be hosting a Relay for Life Wine
Event to benefit the American Cancer
Society. There will be food, a band, and
good company! Similar to what we do for
the 4th of July, we will be roping off
the parking lot so you can enjoy your
wine outside while listening to the
Dalziel Band. Please bring your own
chairs and join us!
Tickets are available for $12 in advance
and $14 at the door and include 3
tastings, snacks, and a chance to win a
custom labeled bottle of wine
commemorating the event. All ticket
proceeds go to the American Cancer
Society. Hope to see you there!
